The Terms and Conditions outlined below are applicable to the entire WhereCanI.ski website (“service”, “site”). Your use of the service constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

All services are provided electronically. Use of the Site constitutes acknowledgement that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and/or other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

WhereCanI.ski reserves all rights to prohibit user access, terminate accounts, edit or remove content, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without advanced notice.

The entire compilation of content found on this website, including but not limited to images, texts, logos, information presentation, maps, and graphics is the sole and exclusive property of WhereCanI.ski and/or its content creators and is protected by international copyright laws.

Applicable Law

WhereCanI.ski is governed by the laws and regulations of the Consolidated Municipality of Carson City within the State of Nevada. Use of the Site constitutes agreement to these laws, except where void or prohibited by law. Any dispute related in any way to WhereCanI.ski services or products shall be arbitrated accordingly, and use of the Site constitutes your consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such legal remedies. If we fail to enforce any provision of these Policies, Terms and Conditions, it will not be considered a waiver of our tickets. If any portion of these Policies, Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses and provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Policies, Terms and Conditions supersede any prior agreements between users and WhereCanI.ski with regard to use of the site, participation in services, or submission of User Content. All of WhereCanI.ski’s rights and obligations under these Policies, Terms and Conditions are freely assignable by WhereCanI.ski in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

License for Use

WhereCanI.ski grants a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. Commercial use of site contents is expressly prohibited. Exports, downloads, or modification of any content provided by the Site is expressly prohibited. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password-protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to Personal Information associated with that specific account. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. We attempt to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days after we receive it.
